| Campground Rules |
Reservations - Payment for one night is due upon reservation except for rental units or holiday weekends, which must be paid in full. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks upon arrival. Any payment due at check-in must be paid by cash or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Credit cards are charged at the time of reservation. If you must pay by check, it must be received within seven days of your call or the reservation automatically cancels without notification. There must be at least one adult (over age of 21) to rent a site and this adult must be in the park at all times. No show, no refunds.
Prices - All campground prices are subject to change, in any department, without notice.
Rental Units - Pets and smoking are not allowed in any of our rental units. Your security deposit will be returned upon walk thru approval. If walk thru is not possible at time of checkout, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days unless there are charges pending. Golf carts are available for rental. No credit or debit cards will be taken for security deposits.
Refunds - We schedule staff and plan activities based upon reservations. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests, and therfore, enforce cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. Refunds are subject to manager's discretion. No refunds for early departure.
Discounts - Only one discount may be used per stay. Discounts will only be applied at the time reservation is made.
Cancellation - Cancellations made 7 days in advance receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations of less than 7 days receive credit towards another stay, during the same camping season. Cancellation policies may be changed at the managment's discretion.
Check In and Out - Check-in is 3:00PM. Check-out is 2:00PM. Inform the office if you need earlier or later times. Fee may apply.
Motorized Vehicles - The speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH. For liability reasons campers and guests are not permitted to bring any unlicensed, or uninsured, personal motorized vehicles into the park. Reckless driving of any kind will not be tolerated. Any non-seasonal camper must pay $10 a day for personal golf carts. A limited number of golf carts can be rented at the Ranger Station.
Non-Motorized Vehicles - No bike riding after dark without a proper headlight. Helmets are recommended. All vehicles and foot traffic have the right -of-way.
Trash - Place garbage in plastic bags and deposit in dumpster.
Camper Vehicle Passes - Camper passes are checked daily and must be prominently displayed, preferably on the rearview mirror, at all times.
SHHHHHH! - Quiet time begins at 10:30PM and ends at 8:00AM. No loud radio or disturbances at any times.
Campfires - Campfires are allowed on the campsite, but not under a tree. Before leaving your campsite or retiring for the night, put out the campfire completely.
NO FIREWORKS, FIREARMS OR WEAPONS!
Firewood - Due to diseased wood, we are temporarily not allowing any firewood to be brought into the campground.
Visitors - All visitors must stop at the Ranger Station to purchase a visitor pass (one pass per person). Management reserves the right to limit the number of visitors per site. Visitors, like campers, are subject to the rules and regulations of the campground. Visitors may not bring pets and must leave the campground by 10:30PM.
Conduct - Since this is a family park, we ask that you consider others, especially children, and refrain from loud, unseemly language. Appropriate conduct is expected at all times. Managment reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable or violates park rules. Please be considerate of people's campsites. Use roads and paths to get from one place to another. Parents are responsible for actions and safety of their children and may not leave them unattended. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied to the restrooms. All children and teenagers must be at their campsite by 10:30PM. An adult should accompany small children at all times.
Alcoholic Beverages - The use of alcoholic beverages are confined to each camper's assigned space. Since this is a family park, we ask that you consider others, especially children, and refrain from unseemly language.
Pets - Pets are allowed in the campground. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet and keeping the pet under control (leashed and kept from excessive barking). All pets must have current rabies vaccination tags displayed. Pets are not allowed in any rental units. No exceptions. Security deposit will be forfeited. Visitors are not allowed to bring in pets.
Photography - Entrance to Jellystone Park in Goodfield, IL., constitutes permission for the managment to use any photographs taken for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual.
Swimming - The swimming pool is for registered guests only. No lifeguards are on duty and all swimmers swim at their own risk. An adult must accompany children under 16 at all times. Proper swimming attire must be worn. Do not play with safety equipment. Report any unsafe condition to the ranger station immediately.
